Fruity Parfaits

Note: Make a rainbow version of this parfait by using fruit that are different colors.

Prep time: 10 minutes

What you need:

  • 2 containers of low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh fruit (cut up)
  • 3 graham crackers, crushed

Equipment & supplies:

  • measuring cups
  • knife for cutting up fruit
  • 3 tall, clear plastic cups
  • spoon

What to do:

  1. Spoon in fruit and yogurt in alternating layers. Fill cups, but not too high. Start with fruit and end with yogurt.
  2. Top the final yogurt layer with crushed graham cracker.
  3. Eat or chill.
