Easy Grilled Cheesy

Prep time: 5 minutes

What you need:

  • 2 slices whole-grain bread, such as whole wheat
  • 2 slices cheese

Equipment & supplies:

  • microwave
  • dull knife for slicing finished sandwich

What to do:

  1. Toast bread.
  2. Add cheese slices to one slice of bread. Top with other slice of bread.
  3. Wrap sandwich in paper towel.
  4. Microwave on HIGH for 20 seconds or until cheese is melted (do not overcook).
  5. When cool, cut in half and eat.
