Microwaved Baked Apples

Note: Use single-serving containers and pack these apples in your lunch.

Prep time: 10 minutes

What you need:

  • 2 small apples, sliced (May be peeled or unpeeled.)
  • 1 tablespoon apple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • dash of cinnamon

Equipment & supplies:

  • knife for cutting apples
  • measuring spoons
  • microwave-safe bowl
  • plastic wrap

What to do:

  1. Combine ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave 2-3 minutes, or until apples are soft. Stir. Let cool before eating.
