Crunchy PB&B Sandwich

Note: A stick-to-your ribs kind of sandwich!

Prep time: 5 minutes

What you need:

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/4 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons. peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cereal (whole grain flakes)

Equipment and other supplies:

  • measuring spoons
  • blunt knife for cutting

What to do:

  1. Spread peanut butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Top one side with banana slices.
  3. Sprinkle cereal on the other side so it sticks to the peanut butter and covers the bread.
  4. Place the slices together, slice in half, and serve.
