Power Yogurt

Note: This makes a hearty breakfast or snack.

Prep time: 5 minutes

What you need:

  • 6 oz. container plain, lowfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 3-4 large strawberries, sliced (have a grownup help you)

Equipment and other supplies:

  • measuring cups and spoons
  • spoon for mixing

What to do:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
