Teriyaki Sauce

This sauce is a tasty way to add flavor to fish and chicken.

Prep time: 10 minutes


1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sake, dry sherry, or dry white wine
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. ginger juice or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove of garlic, minced


  1. Place all the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce in a small saucepan and mix well.
  2. Bring the sauce to a boil just before serving.
